To Resurface you must win a game of Liars Dice, Press W then select the largest number Dice that you think makes at least a pair shared with Deaths Dice. E.g. 4 where you have two dice, or a 6 but you only have one and you think death might have rolled a 6 as well. select by clicking on a dice you rolled.

The second level seems to be bugging out for some people, if the cannons are not firing properly on stage 2, go underwater and the ships will chase you and you can kill them to get to the third level which works fine and is better anyway

I was a bit over ambitious if I had more time I would have added a basic shop between levels but I ran out of time
